Users with the administrator role can go to the Workforce page, which lists the current users in the system, as in this picture:
From this page, authorized users can add users and change the roles of existing users.
Roles and permissions
Kraken provides these default roles and permissions:
| Role | Permissions | Notes |
| Viewer | View assets and download content | All users have the viewer role by default |
| Editor | Create and edit content | Includes the abilities of the viewer role |
| Administrator | Create new users, assign permissions, and share collections | Includes the abilities of the editor role |
| [Anonymous] | View content in collections that were shared with them | Anonymous users do not have a Kraken account but can view specific collections via a link that a Kraken user has sent them |
Administrators can assign these roles to users.
